NASA says this is a meteorite ... isn't it strange for a meteorite to lay down on a plain, without any traces of impact? And what about the strange markings on left bottom, close at the white dot... If you close-up on this, you'll see a square surrounding this 'dot', with rays emerging from this 'dot'. More info can be found here
